The design of this character actually came from a mid-social studies lecture-doodle on the folder of one of my notebooks. 83
Of course, it was only a sketch and an idea and I added more and edited more later.

So, I adapted it on line paper and white paper and then decided to assign colors to it.
And taa daa, here's the final result!
I'm pretty sure the character will be female, she looks more feminine than masculine.
Her name will probably have something to do with the ocean, which is what sort of inspired her design.

So, comments, criticism?
Most of the time was either me being distracted or me trying to figure out the color scheme of her.
