alright alright- he is just a little guy who is obsessed with trench coats and those huge grandma socks. He has to steal dolls clothes to have them fit but they are still quite large on him. He doesn't really need clothes since his body is just made up of shadowy dust?? so everything gets kinda dirty. He has resulted to a life of CRIME. his 'mark' is getting anything he touches dusty. Maybe you can make/add to a character you already have and make him a side kick? If you don't claim too thats alright too!
