I know it's a female, but she just makes me think of the name Shark & Surf. I know they aren't normal girl's names, but just puttin' them out there.

Hope these help... |3 Reffier is totally unique, made it up just now. |3 Sounds kinda funny though, not sure if it's your style or not, but at least i'd be a name no one else could really copy or anything... |D
