It's a parrot mink thing.... ^^

I'm slowly turning this beauty into a character, what do you think of her design?

She is fluffy and yellow like a chick/ducking and she has lovely parrot wings... I really don't like birds I wonder why I made her. (Ismyandloveherwithallmyheart)

Parrot Mink has a nice ring to it.
The color seems to me rather LIME-Yellow, Like Chickadee or rainbow Macaw.While a chick-yellow is more of an orange color.

That said, I think it looks great the way it is!
Maybe you could name her Jewel.
