A cold, hard winter

Firelight's story in WolfQuest Multiplayer starts like this. Her pack was killed by humans and her mate died protecting her, leaving her the only survivor in the middle of winter. So the winter was hard on her especially because she was expecting pups. So when spring finally came, she was thin, starving, and tired.
I have Autism more specifically Asperger's so please go easy on me if I'm not posting.
