Part owl, part tanuki, part mad hatter, part cat( 25% owl, 25% tanuki, 40% mad hatter and 10% cat)
He is sworn to protect Princess Moth(who doesn't like to be called princess) and is the very definition of "Mad hatter"
He turns into a human with blond hair and a blood red suit(but no wings as a human), and his weapon a small dagger that morphs into an assortment of blades.
His closest relative is Griffon, who has very impressive wings in human form(but he is always a human)
Charlie would do anything for his hat, and his wings get bigger for flight(only when he is a cat)
