Well, I guess they're not really random because the one on the top is inspired by earth/earth elements, and the bottom one is inspired by fire/fire elements! These are 5C$ each or the same amount in Rares (doesn't have to be on my WL) Edit: #1 is 1C$ or 1 rare :)
