The serval is an African wild cat, known for it's ability to to jump over 6 feet straight up, and can cover over 11 feet horizontal in one leap. Because of it's jumping ability the serval also has a unique hunting style. This cat stalk their prey, typically birds or small antelope, then jumps high above it. They aim their front paws at their prey's chest, using the force of the hit to stun the prey. Once the prey is pinned down the serval bites either the head or neck to kill it.
