white would be a good choice but if your cat will be outside alot i would not want a collar, as they can choke easy if they get stuck. for a indoor cats its safe, but outdoor cats can get hurt. just a warning. (in a popular spot a collar would be useful outside tho)
also you may be able to get a harness, they are more safe.
