This is my newest girl, Iya. (read: eye-ya) She's a werewolf, and her coat colors change on the full moon. There is a brief transition phase when the purple hues begin to stain the brown on her usual coat as well but I didn't have room to fit it in. <3
her color change is part of a curse, she is actually a fallen goddess who was cast out of her ruling place because of her love for the earth and it inhabitants. (Kind of a Prometheus figure, I'm thinking) But because the other celestial beings still claim her as their own, they cursed her to only be able to experience her true nature under a full moon. Iya is a warrior and does not stand for any injustice. In her celestial form, she has power from the stars that grant her immense strength and her bite is lethal to those with any bad intentions in their hearts.
Her old name would have been "Iya the Just."
