I'm not good at writing in Oekaki, so the notes are as listed below:
1- Lower the head a little, the forehead is not as high as it looks, especially with that much hair covering it.
2- More rounded eyes. Irises go a long way in putting emotions in the eyes.
3- Round the chin a bit and distinguish it from the neck. In real drawings, the neck is a little thicker, but the thinner neck I did is common for more cartoony looks
4- Separate the skin from the edges of the clothing, unless the clothing is skintight.
5- Collar bones make the chest look a little better when applicable. Also, the tip mentioned in #4
6- Elbow comes a little farther down. In real life, the elbow is aligned with the navel.
7- Softer, more natural creases on the loose clothing.
