If you could possibly make a body for this to would be great but if not it's OK. (I literally CAN NOT draw bodies)

Might make this a species?

LABELS:
Circle with spikes in the middle=mouth
Things coming out of face= Tentacles? Or goo/something random
Lines next to mouth=eyes
Rest of it=face
