Starlet, Night version

When the sun goes down and the moon comes up a mysterious glow envelopes Starlet's right hind leg. It changes the dragon tattoo to Silver and Blue from Gold and Red. As the glow fades the tattoo is visible once more, but now the scales seem to shimmer in the moonlight, as if there was a real dragon wrapped around Starlet's leg.
