This entry is based on two things, a pretzel, and a beignet! (Due to the pale color of the 'powder' or 'salt' I am inclined to think it looks more like a pretzel, as do the horns).

The cream is chocolate, and I kept the chocolate bits because I love chocolate with just about any dessert!
