Postby rabbit. » Sat Dec 31, 2016 5:33 pm

3 of my new kitteh OCs

Left - BirdKit/Paw/Heart - Calico Maine Coon/Warrior
Bottom - HawkKit/Paw/Feather - Brown Tabby/Warrior
Top - FernKit/Paw/Whisker - Calico/MedCat

BirdHeart is to be my main OC for '17 ofc
As i am currently developing a story for her
and the draft so far is over 1600 words
and it's around the beginning of apprentice-hood
dun worry, the draft is skipping a LOT of kit adventures, it kinda summed it

I JUST THOUGHT OF ADDING ICYWIND, SILENTFEATHER, LITTLECLAW, AND DARKFANG
;3; idk tho

here's the first paragraph that practically summed up the first 5 moons
"BirdHeart had a normal kit-hood, as normal as she thinks. Being the largest of the litter, she had easy persuasion(Purr-suasion) on her two littermates, HawkKit and FernKit. Although her stubborn brother thinks otherwise. Practically everyday, they would play-wrestle, HawkKit usually being the winner with his strengh, which lead him to act more highly than his sisters. Of course, BirdKit would pounce onto HawkKit when he wouldn't look. Yet FernKit is totally against this and wants them to just stop. This would drive WillowPelt mad as this would go on daily until they were 5 months old, they were too energetic on becoming apprentices."
yea
skipped quite a bit

Draft as of yet
Code: Select all
--BirdHeart had a normal kit-hood, as normal as she thinks. This would drive WillowPelt mad as this would go on daily until they were 5 months old, they were too energetic on becoming apprentices.
--Whence they were 5 moons, they would travel in the camp much more often and watch the two current apprentices jealously. They loved those apprentices, sure, but they got to train while they didn't. They were a Tuxedo Cat named BlackPaw(M), and a Siamese(with hints of stripes), named SoftPaw. The five would always hang in the nursery, but they were 3 moons apart. So when BirdKit, FernKit, and HawkKit turned 3 moons, BlackKit and SoftKit became BlackPaw and SoftPaw, with their mentors AcornStream and RussetFur.  The three kits watched the two go with their mentors pad out of the camp, oblivious to their father, BranchFoot, calling to them. When BirdKit notified her two siblings that she couldn't her the four anymore, the realized their father, or in other words, the deputy, calling out to them. All three kits, HawkKit, BirdKit, and FernKit scurried to him in a hurry! Of course, BirdKit got there first and let out a small chirp of gratitude.
--Whenever the three go to their father, he would always chuckle at how fast the kits go to him. Let alone admire how much HawkKit looks like him, and how BirdKit has the same build as him, not to mention FernKit practically being a mini-WillowPelt. BranchFoot seemed to always make some sort of quote before he gave this novel-of-a-speech to them. This time being "Sometimes the right choice may be the hardest ones, so always choose wisely when the time comes". Being energetic kits, BirdKit and HawkKit wouldn't think of what it meant, yet FernKit would always take them to heart and think about those quotes almost every day.
--About a moon after that day, their Apprentice Ceremonies were one night away, and the three kits were as hyper as ever! As soon as they woke up, HawkKit went to the warriors and acted all warrior-like to try and pin them. BirdKit would speed to the elders with this huge smile and start talking to them for hints and advice. Meanwhile, little FernKit preferred to go to the medicine cat, RedNut, and help assemble the herbs for him. That day felt the longest for the kits. After what felt like an eternity, the three got back together near the Fresh Kill Pile, soon to be confronted by prideful BlackPaw and SoftPaw with a piece of prey in both of their mouths. The two apprentices set their prey into the pile and started congratulating HawkKit, BirdKit, and FernKit on soon becoming apprentices! SoftPaw would give a kind look to FernKit and BirdKit and would always say they'd become some ~adorable~ medicine cats. FernKit would take pride in it, while BirdKit would glare away and silently mutter how she wouldn't dare become a medicine cat. BlackPaw taught HawkKit how to sneak within the camp, just so he's even more prepared to become an admirable warrior. Longer than they had expected, nightfall was among them as the full moon peaked over the hills. They gave the apprentices a quick goodbye, and dashed towards the nursery, terrified what would happen if WillowPelt noticed them gone so late. Of course, they were caught. But instead of WillowPelt's yellow eyes burning into their minds, they saw their father, BranchFoot, standing beside her with 3 fat mice in front of them, both of their faces gleaming at the kits. After a bit of conversing about how proud they are of the kits, HawkKit, BirdKit, and FernKit started to devour the mouse carcasses.
--The next day, bright and early, the leader, BirchStar, called a meeting for the apprentice-hood of three kits. Those three kits being none other than Birdkit, HawkKit, and FernKit. He announced that HawkKit is now HawkPaw, with his menter, BristleStep. FernKit is now the Medicine Cat Apprentice, FernPaw, her mentor being RedNut. Last but not least, BirdKit became BirdPaw with her mentor, a white cat with a brown tail with hints of cream everywhere named CloverShine. The three new apprentices met up with their mentors, RedNut being hiddenly joyful that he got the Herb Enthusiast. While BristleStep muttered to himself on how he wasn't happy how he got such a hyper kit. Meanwhile, CloverShine was joyous and downright enthusiastic on getting the beautiful, yet large, calico kitten of the three. She sat, oblivious, watching her and her sisters colourful pelts before hearing she is to be mentoring BirdPaw.
--The mentors told the apprentices that they begin training, and BirdPaw, along with HawkPaw went to the apprentice den. Somewhat sad that they're seperated by their sister, whom is sleeping in the medicine den with RedNut. Yet the two were happy to see BlackPaw and SoftPaw with them. To which they all started reciting stories on kit-hood or early apprentice-hood. BirdPaw swore that SoftPaw was talking about being attacked by a rude RussetFur, but put it to the side as BlackPaw probably would've pulverize RussetFur. Although the two aren't related, the were born during the same moon and treated one another like siblings. Of course, at first glance, their relationship is like two littermates. Once you get to know them though, you learn they're from totally different lineages. (One of SoftPaws relatives((dead)) was a short male siamese). Even FernKit was surprised when she found out SoftKit and BlackKit weren't related!
--In the morning, BirdPaw ran over to the warriors den to spot CloverShine still asleep, she was grateful that she got such a peaceful and positive cat as a mentor. Yet she felt bad for HawkPaw, soon glancing at BristleStep. Whom even looked like he was gonna lash out at you although he's asleep. BirdPaw got a small shudder and turned her gaze back to CloverShine, soon to be sitting and watching her breath. Imagining how loud and ragged BristleSteps breathing is compared to Clovers. Every so often, CloverShines large, soft tail moved a way and back. Making BirdPaw want to go and pounce. Sooner rather than later, she couldn't resist the urge and pounced onto CloverShines tail which struggled under BirdPaws large body. Her rather big paws pawing at the tail. She soon glanced up to see a pair of bright green eyes on her, which seem to be in shock. When she glanced at Clovers eyes, she felt another pair of eyes. Not the gentle look of her mentors, a mean glare burning the back of her head. BirdPaw slowly turned around to see BristleStep. His red-brown fur with dark black stripes were  standing straight up, his yellow eyes seemed to be glowing on how vibrant it was compared to his fur.
--BirdPaw was paralyzed in shock, CloverShine picked up on her apprentices stillness and stood infront of the Calico Maine Coon, her gentle green eyes trying to seem meaner than BristleSteps, which was almost impossible due to the natural mean look on BristleStep. Once what felt like forever passed in BirdPaws mind, her vision cleared to see her father, BranchFoot, standing in between the two cats. Once she was fully in control again, she looked at herself and saw a scratch on her front left leg, and her blue eyes widened in shock. This was the first time BirdPaw was actually inured and pain shot through it like a wildfire. She soon understood what happened. When CloverShine tried to out-intimidate BristleStep, he must've ran past her and clawed her leg. BranchFoot must've heard and got up to attack BristleStep. She soon heard footsteps running towards the four. A warrior must've gone to get the medicine cats, RedNut and FernPaw, who were followed by said warrior who was WildFlower, and HawkPaw was pushed up against her, worry in his eyes.
--BristleStep lunged at BirdPaw, knowing she was the weakest of her, CloverShine, and BranchFoot. Who managed to shed blood on her right cheek. Both CloverShine and BranchFoot raced towards BristleStep, soon to be biting and scratching him. After a while of fighting, BirchStar came in and broke up the fight, soon demanding to know what happened. BirdPaw was trying to say what happened, but she kept stuttering due to the wounds on her stinging. So CloverShine went over what happened. From when she purposely got BirdPaw to play with her, until the fight that BirchStar witnessed.  BirchStar was both surprised and disappointed in BristleStep, how he had a sudden change of the warrior code shocked him and everyone around them.
--Birdpaw lie down, feeling dizzy and tired about the past events, she fell asleep almost as soon as HawkPaw and FernPaw came to either see if she's okay or treating the wounds.
--What am I? Where am I? Most importantly.. Who am I? - That is what BirdPaw thought as she woke up from her slumber. She glanced around to see a small calico cat, a middle-sized brown tabby, a russet-red cat with a brown streak down the back to tail, and a white cat with a red tail and cream splodges on them. She looked around further to see seperate piles of different plants, she assumed she was in some sort of place to give plants. "BirdPaw! Are you okay! I'm so glad you're awake!" BirdPaw heard the calico say in joy, but she didn't understand what she was talking about.. BirdPaw only responded as "Who's BirdPaw?". All four cats gaped at her, how did BirdPaw not know who herself is?
