She doesn't look much like a goddess...but oh well...I can't draw electricity so she doesn't get one of those cool overlay things like the clouds, water, or rainbows.

I was going for a wire look for her tail and she ended up looking like a Raichu

~She can kind of use her tail like a lightning rod and absorb electricity through her body
~She can teleport by turning into electricity/sparks
