Named after the Nymph, Daphne, from Greek Myths. Eros shot Apollo with an arrow, making him fall in love (blergh) with the Nymph. Eros shot Daphne with a lead arrow, so she hated Apollo. Daphne asked for help and was turned into a Laurel tree. Yep, myths can inspire us.
