<3 Spot is a coregous Dog who was lost in a Winterstorm but little did Spot know when the blizard went over him he got hit with a rock covered in freezing icefrost which caused a scar across his eye and a whisp came by and healed it up before his insides froze up and granted him a power to freeze things as he wishes.

Planning on using this backstory and looks for an oc thanks so much for this editable it inspired me for an oc
