Lapis-Lazuli Dragon

lives in the lapis territory, is the smallest species of Deltoran dragons, what it lacks in size it makes up for in speed
And as she cried, grieving for the fallen, her tears created a river.
A river made from a dragons tears, a river made of her sorrows.
A river that created a valley called Dragon Forge.
