Life Or Death Jenga

Whenever an earthquake happens, The Life Jenga Tower has collapsed. Life and Death play each other in a game of Life or Death Jenga a few times a day. When Life wins, Few people or no people die when the earthquake occurs. If Death wins, then many people die at the occurance of an earthquake and major damage is caused.
