I apologize for my hand writing, my tablet isn't working correctly. Anywho, I did a redline as a wolf because there is a HUGE difference, both anatomically and how they carry themselves.
Wolves are very fluffy, so always have fluff and details in the fur. They're not just a flat fur, they do have muscle definition, just not as much as a short haired dog would show. Their eyes are small and mostly dark, you can't see a lot of the whites of their eyes. Their stop (where their nose connects to their head) is more shallow than say a rottweilers would be, but not near like a borzoi. Wolves ears are smaller than any dogs would be, and instead of pointed like you have them, they're more rounded at the tip (and fluffy at the base). The thing that defines a wolf from a dog is the facial features. I will upload a picture here that shows the difference between a dog's facial features and a wolf.

Ignore my rushed lines, you get the point of dog vs wolf face things
You do paws so well, I am jealous...
