This is my style of Red line, i take things step by step every time i draw because its really easy. 
If you cant tell which order the steps are in; they are in color order but this is how is start...
step 1: draw a light crycle
step 2: draw the ear
step 3: draw the head tuff
step 4: draw other ear
step 5: draw face fur
and so on....
hope this helps in a way, i wish i didn't have to draw with a mouse/laptop pad/whatever it is... my hand drawings are much better but i try
