stardust gathers in her fluffy fur and tail, causing it to sparkle (the white bits on the tip of her tail and the chest fluff)
and she can make small stars at will and sparkly stuff and can summon in wings made of stardust
she can also make things glow and grow crystals (made of same stuff as stars)
