Okay, so the first thing I need to say is this...Always use references! It's super important if you want to have correct anatomy. I'm going to be honest with you, I've never drawn a full body lioness before! I used references for this, and all I did was search for what I wanted on Google! You might not be able to find a specific pose reference, but if you study the anatomy of the animal enough, it shouldn't be as hard to figure out how it would look in a certain pose.
