I decided not to add the skulls since I don't like skulls but I had to make a Vixling based off him
he is now my baby

Info:

Name: Code:Emperor. Just goes by Emperor though
gender: Male
age: adult, acts like a kid.
Personality: Emperor is a bit of a creep, with an unstable personality he is known to go from friendly to trying to murder you in a few seconds.
It mostly just matters on how you act towards him and how much he likes you for which side of him you will see.
If he likes you he is still a creep, often saying dark an morbid things to you in an unsettlingly cheerful way. He will also try to make odd and often creepy deals with you
If he doesn't like you he will probably stalk you, trying to find a way to exact vengeance on you, or he will just ignore you and randomly attack you if you speak to him.
powers: Emperor doesn't have any powers, but he pretends he does. You see he is skilled in playing with fire, and he has a few hundred matches, lighters and things of gasoline under his cloak. He also knows how to swallow/breath fire, giving the illusion of having powers. his cloak is also fire proof so if he is careful he can pretend he is immune to fire.
