i am back!

this picture will be used through out me telling you what to do

ok first we are going to look at the top green ish blue tools
now click on the tools that says effects after taping that with your mouse a bar will show up
move your mouse onto the one that says noise
once your mouse is on noise another small bar will show up click on the one that says renter monochromatic


also if you want it on a certain layer then just alpha lock on the layer then do all of the steps above
