Another Dragon character! But I can't think of a name for her. Any suggestions?

She is an adult Skrill Dragon who is part Tidal Class Dragon. She's just like a regular Skrill, but with gills and the ability to breathe underwater (duh that's what gills do).

She has a thin chain tightly wrapped around her left leg. It got there when a human wrapped it around her leg, attempting to capture her, but the Skrill broke the chain. However, one part of the broken chain remained still wrapped around her leg and she is unable to get it off.

Edit: Also, the timer is WAY off.
