This was sitting in my unfinished drawings for forever... it was supposed to be based off one of Tundra's FlightRising dragons (which is why it has a hat) but got lazy and decided to make something productive (lol) out of it.
So here, Victoria ref with a Verto hat that she stole... sort of. She'll give it back XD

-.- Can't draw clothes. Oh well. Forgot her fangs too. Oh well *sigh*
Kind of a quick ref, anyway. Most of the time went into its previous purpose as a dragon-based character.
