: Shy/Gentle :

Jerico is a very timid and distrustful/wary JBD. Being the type of bean he is, he mostly prefers the company of his family or his friend Nirro, the firefly fairy. Or simply he enjoys the company of a good book. Jerico is also a gentle and refined JBD. He handles everything he touches with great care and consideration as if it was a delicate flower. Knowing of his clumsiness, he never wants to test the strength of anything he handles, to avoid breaking anything.

: Intelligent/Inquisitive :

Jerico is as well, a very intelligent JBD. He likes to spend his time secluded in a library, learning as much as he can possibly. Questions, questions, questions. His head is full of them and his thirst for knowledge never seems satisfied. But don't go expecting him to be bounding to ask them, after all, he does have his trust issues. So he often searches for the answers to his questions himself

: Clumsy :

Being as intelligent Jerico is, becoming in tune with his surroundings, this does not stop him from causing problems or messes.

: Reclusive :

Jerico is most definitely reclusive. He prefers it better when it feels like it's just him alone in the world, unless he is spending some quality time with his friend Nirro. If any other beans approach him he does his best to come up with a excuse to get away and find a new quite hiding place.

: Soft-Spoken :

When he speaks, his words are very well thought out and considerate of other JBDs feelings. His tone is low and well-mannered and respectable. Most of the time though, it almost seems that he speaks in a whisper of sorts. This has changed in some sorts as he is starting to learn to be speak a bit like his god-father, Nightshade. And shows a bit more dominance.

This is, by far, Jerico's most prized possession. It is a original signed, leather-bound copy of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein. This book is one he could quote to you word for word and don't test him to do so. Because he will!

A silver, heart-shaped locket on a chain

This locket he always wears around his neck openly. Inside it is a picture of Nokomis, his beautiful wife. He openly wears this, proud to show her off to anyone that asks. Is possibly a sure-fire way to get Jerico to start up a conversation with any bean.

A golden, heart-shaped locket on a chain

This locket is not known by any bean but by him mother Eden, who gave it to him the day he was born. In this locket is a picture of Pollenia and Eden together on one side and Jerico and Olle together on the other side, inside the locket. These are THE most important beans to him in his life. He loves his baby brother too and is making a special gift for Mutoh currently.

Background

When around the age of 1 year, Jerico was playing not too far off from his moms, in the woods at night under the stars, when suddenly a glimpse if something glowing a blueish-purple. With his extreme curiousity he goes to the light and finds a injured firefly fairy, his first edvindence of a "make believe" creature. Seeing the fairy was hurt he helped nuture it back to health and learned more of cryptids by the fairy and learned the fairy's name is Nirro. Nirro is a stand-offish fairy but is grateful to Jerico and likes him. So they are officially best friends now, even with Jerico 4 years old now, you can often find them sneaking out together late at night in search of cryptids.

Even at a young age Jerico was always judged by others. Whether it be other young JBDs questioning his socialability with others, as he was always found hidden in the shelving of the local library, his nose always pressed deep into a book. Around the age of 6 months, he came across the book Frankenstein. In this book, he learned of a creature the was hideous and was judged by all even his own creator, this mysterious but sorrowful creature began the spark of interest in cryptids that Jerico now has in his older years. Jerico always sought out adventure during the daytime in the books, imagining that he was in them, himself, solving the mysteries, or fighting the monsters off, saving the princess, etc. While in the nighttime, he often sneaks out late to go look for the existence of the cryptids of this world with his firefly fairy friend Nirro. Jerico always had a infinity for fireflies, and admired their grace, beauty, and freedom that they had and represented.
Only a few JBDs have gotten close of Jerico in his life, so far the only ones being, his moms and a JBD by the name of Kokopelli. Jerico is VERY popular with the ladies but does not have a understanding of why, the way they stare at him and whisper about him, confuses him and makes him feel uneasy as if something is wrong with him. He is comfortable around girls but doesnt understand them, the only ones he feels he can understand is his mothers. Some phobias he has had throughout his life are: bananas rotting before he can eat them, ladybugs (connected with his trouble understanding girls), and being in a room without a opened window or no window at all as he fears his friend Nirro won't be able to find him if he does.
