They are collectively called Dianite, and are of the male gender. He is called they or them because of his multiple heads. It is a single conscious, not multiple.
The center head reflects an impulsive and instinctive personality. The left head reflects aggressiveness and territoriality. The right head reflects strategy and pyromania.
