Ms. Elegant: Well this is more of a cloak than a dress but it is beautiful none the less. This piece has raven feathers lining the bottom ridges and around the neck. The fabric is soft and light but very delicate, so it should only be used for special occasions. The accessory with it is a black circlet with a light blue gem in the middle. I would prefer that royalty buy this magnificent piece.

What inspired me to make this?
Well, i was listening to a female cover of 'The Dragonborn Comes' by malukah, when i started randomly drawing this dress!
