Moondust, or Moon, can fly. Well, she can't actually fly, but she can glide just as well! Her parents were gone by the time she could see, and they were never seen again. Moon never really talked to anyone else. For a while, others thought she couldn't even speak. But that was back at her home, back with them. Now, she's been hiding out in this forest, where not many others seem to go. She only came out of her hole in the ground at night, where she could hunt easy, and others wouldn't see her. But eventually, she made her way into Jade's forest. Back at home, Jade was relaxing on... the floor in the kitchen.
"Okay Baby, I see what you mean. The tile is much cooler than the couch. But it's also now very comfy..." She looked at her white toy poodle and they went to the living room to check the computers. Well, Jade did, Baby just looked up at her as she worked.
"I'm going on a midnight run, wanna come?" Baby barked happily, running out to the barn.
"I guess so..." Jade walked out, saddled Gracie and got in. With Baby on her lap of course. They rode out into the moonlit forest.
"Woah Gracie, slow down. I saw something in the distance" Jade looked around and connected eyes with Moon, glowing in the shadows. Gracie walked slowly up to her, but Moon didn't budge.
"Hello, you're in my forest. My name is Jade, what brings you here?"
Moon was suprised, but replied, "I-I'm a bit lost. My name is Moondust."
"Are you alone?" "Uh, yeah. I live over the other side of the hill. In a hole..."
"Well, in that case, I'd like you to meet some friends of mine!"
"O-okay!" One Moon was tagged, Jade lead her to the cave, and called the others out.
"Everyone. Meet Moondust. She'll be staying with us."
