Tereh was sitting by the waterfall. His brother, Luka, was down at the bottom, following the river to catch fish. Tereh was to wait there, and make sure that a predator wasn't coming. That was how Chloe, their little sister, was lost, anyways. So Tereh was left there, twirling around the pure energy around his paws. Luka had learned how to use this energy, to an extent, but Tereh left it be. Just as he was wondering where said brother was, Luka walked towards the edge of the river, on the opposite side of Tereh. And he was joined by two others.
"Tereh," Luka began, "This is Dante and Elisia. They have offered for me, us, to live with them as a group. And I've accepted."
"Without my consent!?"
"Your consent? We need this! We can't just be on our own like this! Where they are is safer from predators, has food, and has a large area of land! And there is a human there that can talk to us, and she protects us! There's no question."
"What is it's a lie? What is it's a trap?"
"Uh, we're right here y'know!" Eli butted in.
"Sorry," Luka acknowledged, "Tereh, I'm going, and if you follow, that's your choice." He walked away.
Dante sighed, "Elisia, make a bridge please." Eli nodded and put her paw on the surface of the water, letting the energy flow and freeze a path in the river. The two walked after Luka, leaving Tereh to think.
By the time the sun started to set, they were at Jade's house. Dante went through the door, and came out with Jade a moment after.
"You must be Luka! Hello, I'm Jade, I'll be the one tagging you."
"Will it hurt?"
"Nah, only a pinch and a bit of heat!" Luka nodded, and they were lead into the barn.
"Hello Gracie! How's my favorite horse?" Gracie whinnyed, seeming to laugh.
Jade cliped the tag on Luka's ear, and was about to mark him when Tereh walked slowly through the door, head down, "Is it too late for me to join?"
Jade smiled warmly, "Of cousrse not. In fact, I would prefer brothers to be together. You two remind me of two very good friends of mine. Now come here, I'll mark ya."
