Elisia walk walking through the snowy sludge at night. Soon, the snow would be completly metled, and life would get harder for Eli. She would no longer blend in with the white snow, making hunting difficult. She yawned as she walked, eyes drooping occasionally. She was hunting a lot lately, to try and stock up. And it's taking it's toll on her. So she didn't notice the scratch marks on the trees, signalling someone else's territory. She did notice, however, when her paw hit solid rock, and not snow. That was enough to reset her senses and wake her up. Checking her surroundings, she saw that she was in a large cave with a hole in the back, leading somewhere else. What caught her attention most was a red Spirit Beast, looking at her carefully. Eli froze, not sure what to do.
The SB took a step forward, "Hello, I am Dante. I'm not going to attack you..."
Eli took a step back and said quietly, "Uh, hi... I'm Elisia." Dante nodded and sat down, only then did she notice a strange marking on his leg.
Eli tilted her head, "What's that on your leg?" Dante glanced at it, "A marking given to me by a friend of mine."
"And that thing on your ear?"
"It makes sure that she can always find me, and make sure I'm safe. The marking let's her know that it's me." Eli thought of how she would be in more danger when the snow melts.
"It must feel nice to know you're safe.."
Dante looked Eli over, "You want to be too?" Eli nodded, "Then come with me." Dante started to run off toward's Jade's house, telling Eli about her on the way, so there would be no suprises. Jade was out in the back, laying in the snow when they got there. She looked at them, "Dante! I see your paw is all better! An- Oh, who's this."
Eli stepped forward, "I'm Elisia, and I would like to get tagged."
"Why?"
"I-I, uh, I want to be safer when the snow melts..."
"Ah, I see. But tagging you won't make you safer. It will mean I'll know where you are. Dante is safer because he lived near here, and I'll know if he goes farther than usual, or if something dangerous comes in the area. The only way for you to be safer would be to get tagged, then stay around Dante."
"Well, I could do that!"
Jade turned to Dante, "It that okay with you?" To which Dante nodded. Elisia was taken into the barn and got the smaller symbol burned onto her neck. Later, when the sun rose, her and Dante left Jade's house and to the den.
