i love the colors on this one! <3
her name is undecided, but i might give her a few revamps because her design looks a bit plain.

i was originally going to have the fin be a custom drawn one, but i just can't stop staring at this one haha
surprisingly, it was hard to outline it because i have a shaky hand d:

i also forgot the blush, but i'll edit that in in a second.

i edited the pink out, though, since it seemed to bright and added //a lot// of spots and a bandana, i still have to add her charm but i can't decide on what to have it as ;v;
