Blue lines are just pointing out some angles that should be watched, which red goes over everything.
Most tails normally just kind of 'fall' down, though it depends on what you're drawing of course, such as a husky has a curled tail.
Paws are hard, but there's a few different ways you can do them, you just kind of need to try and find out which ones work best for you.
A face viewed from the front can be hard, but I always start of with the eyes and the nose. A short line comes down from the nose then splits. These two new lines should be fairly straight before curling for the lips.
Most of what you have to do is experiment.
