You've got the basic anatomy down, all you really need to do tweak it. I like your ears, just round out where the bottom of the ear meets the head.
Muzzle and tail wise you pretty much have it. Just extend it and define the chin.
Legs.
I would suggest studying canine anatomy, skeletons, and muscle tone. It will help a ton. Getting books from the book store or your local library is slightly better than online lessons, since you can apply your drawing directly to it.
{ Plus if it's yours you can write in it Big bonus!! }
The internet can be used to look up references, and can help with awkward poses.
Also looking at other artists styles will help you define yours. Be sure to define where the ankle meets the foot. I did a "toony" paw, which is easy to draw and is a good base to draw on. The back legs need to be stretched back, then put back down on the ground. { that make sense? }
Back paws and legs that you can't really see:
This is art hack and its wonderful.
So what you do is make a copy of the body, then erase all but the legs. Then move the legs to where you want them, clean the lines and merge down.
Presto.
Good looking paws and it takes less than 3 minutes.
Paws.
I would like to recommend you look at this. 2 very good artists helped me with paws and they make wonderful references.
With that being said, I did a few styles of paws. I normally use the top far left and bottom far right, as they are simple and easy. They also look decent. I always add the little '"thumb" with the claw, it makes it more real in my mind. ^^
Front view.
Oh boy. I still have pains with this but basically you draw a big circle and a oval at the bottom. Then draw 2 lines back from the oval and add a circle next to it. Add some fluff to the sides of the circle and some ears. Make a new layer draw the nose, clean the lines underneath and merge down. I highly suggest tinkering with that and seeing what you can do with it.
I think this covers everything. Please do note, I'm not lording over you or pointing out faults, I just want you to get the most out of this thing. Animating can be a total pain when anatomy is off. Trust me I know
I'm still perfecting my own style, so this is probably off from what it ought to look like.
hope this helps ^^
