;D im not that good, but heres some tips.
i've also added you so you can see how i did mine

1.make ears smaller
2.have only 1 eye show, i dont think both eyes would fit like that
3.make paws on all the legs
4.make the fur show more
5.dont draw the lines dividing the legs from body, it doesnt work like that
6.try making the legs bend a bit, to look more wolf like
7. i think making the smile a bit smaller would help
8. make the snout a little less curvy
9.if you arent already, try using the smoothing tool, it makes the art look more smooth instead of "bumpy" lines.
