"Well...I suppose I could be considered a lot of things. It just depends on your point of view and the way I happened to treat you at the particular moment that you decided to judge me and describe my personality. So I suppose the easiest way is for me to describe my own personality with my own judgement. Sorry about all that, I tend to rant on about my philosophical points. Well, I would like to describe myself as gentle.. Also if it's not too much I would describe myself as polite. I make it a point to act polite to people, even if they may not deserve it. Even though I'm patient, I can get angry too, after all I'm not perfect no one is...sometimes I think we need to acknowledge this more often and just learn to accept it. Oh wait what was I talking about again? Right, well I'm known to be a bit of a dreamer, I tend to get lost in my own dreams and thoughts. I'm also considered a bit of a love bird. For my own personal reasons of course. But I can't help but that think that there is a bit of truth to it. I'm chirpy and I always try to be positive. But sometimes of course, things catch up with me and I hit the ground the hard. That's the down side of positive. Once your up, your bound to hit the ground eventually. Of course, I too have a bad side. I can be very stubborn, and though this has helped in some ways , it has worsened situations many more times than it has helped. My stubborn streak of course leads to my determination. I know what you're thinking. Determination isn't a bad thing, well I think it's both good and bad. Like for instance, I might try to complete an impossible feat for my own reasons. And well, I can be a little bit mischievous, but can't everyone? So as you can see, I'm no open book. Trust me, no one is. "

"My hobbies? Oh of course! Well, my main hobbie is ballet. I love the grace and skill it takes. People often say that ballet is not a sport, well I beg to differ! I'd like to see them try and complete a perfect arabesque on point, while in front of a crowd! I've been taking ballet since I was little, and now I'm competing! I'd have to say my favourite and of course the most difficult move for me is the Grand jeté, that's where you leap up and holding your arms high above your head, you do the splits in midair. Everything is so beautiful in ballet, I absolutely love it.
But let's not forget all of my other hobbies, afterall that would just be rude! Besides being a ballerina I also want to be an actress. I love the drama and the reality of being an actress. You'll often find me speaking in different accents somedays, that's me practicing for my role as an actress! Someday everyone in Hollywood will know my name and I'll be famous! Well, being famous isn't actually my favorite part, I don't think I'd like to be chased around by people begging for my autograph. Hmm...I guess it comes with it. Well anyways, I've never actually tried out for a part in an actual movie, but I've been in plays and it can't be much different can it?
This hobby of mine isn't exactly a hobby because most everyone does it, but I just tend to do it an awful lot. Daydreaming. My father always called me a dreamer and I guess I am. I've always set my goals high, and sometimes I get lost in them. It's not always a bad thing, but I guess you can let yourself down, when you don't reach your goals. But that's viewing my father's comment in a more metaphorical way. I also literally daydream. Like when I'm practicing ballet in class, I tend to lose myself in the movements, I guess it's natural but it gets kind of annoying. One time, we were practing a Fouetté en tournant and the whole class had stopped, just like the teacher asked. I on the other hand continued spinning on point. Only when I felt a sharp tap on my shoulder did I realize that class had ended. That was really embaressing. I also tend to dream about what could be. That's part of the reason I love reading so much. The fairytales seem so much better than reality sometimes, but then again there is always some evil witch hidden in the pages.
So like I said before I love to read, it is most definetely a hobby of mine. In storybooks you don't have to worry about "forever" or what grade you got on the math test yesterday {which happened to be a "B"}. My favourite part of fairytales is when the handsome prince finally falls in love with the princess. It's so wonderful, but things are a bit different in real life, and falling in love can be a bit more treacherous. No matter, this is what makes life more interesting. I believe those are all my hobbies, at least for now."

Aiko curled up beside the fire, her wet fur drying quickly. Although her paws felt heavy and tired, the little taikea was comfortable, and very sleepy.

Her dreams were light, and deep...

Opening her eyes, the young female froze, her large eyes heavy with tiredness, but thrill coursing through her furred body. She was not in front of her flames, warm and safe- no, she was lying upon a cloud, thousands of miles up, and the warmth on her flanks was from the baking sun, close enough almost to touch. The taikea stayed back, though. She had heard what getting too near the sun did for you.

She considered her options, and decided the best thing to do was to jump. Her heart racing, Aiko leapt, her tail flying out behind her. It was the most thrilling thing she had ever felt, with wind in her fur and ears, birds flapping around her. Aiko's front paws hit a cloud and, instead of falling through, she bounced as if she had landed in a fluffy pillow. Rolling over and over, the girl laughed as she fell off the end of the cloud. Further and further she fell, tumbling, faster and faster- but then a humongous bird flew down, its wings powerful, its feathers majestic. Aiko flew beside it, keeping pace, racing- and then the eagle cawed loudly and dropped, further back until Aiko could no longer see it. Disappointment flooded her for a moment, but she ignored this, flying over sunset seas and stormy skies, where wind and rain buffeted her pelt and she had to turn way.

Aiko woke up exhilarated, energetic, and bright. This was her day. She would take it.
