I will definitely use Frost. I am currently in a 1x1 RP and I plan to use her then. I may be writing a personal story too, about her and her siblings, but I'm not going to take credit for the design.

Family:

Frost is currently siblings with Icicle, Ice, Frozen, Fog and Mist.
Her mother is Breeze, her father is Freeze. yay not cliche at all

Yes, I think if the tongue is kept it really adds to the whole design <3 Maybe it should have a slight change of colour though, in my opinion.
