Cordella

new character. she is actually going to be related to my fursona. maybe a cousin. also will be Dracon's mate. Please don't steal her, took me awhile to figure out her designs and what I wanted. tried many different color combos and whatnot. and yes, her wings are a mix between wings and chibi wings, so, unconnected big wings I like to think of it her 'necklace' as she likes to think of that has little spikes on it.
