One night, Talia was out in a lab, hoping she could get a job there when she discovered an open door. This door was clearly not meant to be opened by a visitor by her, nor by anyone else as it clearly said " DO NOT OPEN! STAFF INCLUDED" but, the door was already open, so it really wouldn't hurt to take a peek, would it? As she peered in she saw cages, tons of cages of humanoids. Animal and human crossed. Experiments. Some were yowling, howling, whimpering and cowering into corners whilst others were scratching at the claws, eating food and curiously staring at the medicine in front of them. One stood out to her- a female wolf-human cross, sitting in a corner cage, smiling. She was the only one which had noticed Talia. Talia stepped forward towards the humanoid, only being noticed by few and those who did see her snarled. The humanoid tilted her head and giggled. "Hi!" Talia took a look at the humanoid, it was definitely female. It was wearing a dark blue top which had many scratches and it was torn pretty much everywhere. Along with that she also had a pair of jean-shorts on which were also scratched and a new stain of blood on the right leg. Humanoid was scarred almost everywhere as well- three scars on her right ear, same with her left arm, one lonely scar on her right arm, two on her left leg, a tiny scar on her forehead and finally a huge scar running down next her left eye. It didn't seem to bother the humanoid. She noticed a sign beside her cage "Experiment #1".
"Hi, I'm Ocean."
"Talia. What's it like... here?"
"Terrible. Would you really like to know?"
"Please"
And then Talia was given a full explanation on what happened, the medicines, the constant injuries to test their strength, being electrocuted when did the slightest of bad things and fed the most horrible food. Talia stared in shock.
"Don't worry, I'll save you"
Talia picked the lock with her hair pin, opened the cage and ran with the first of her escapees.
"I'll be back!"
She called to the others.
