If you need to, try turning off the first layer so you can see the redline better...
But, anyway, here are some of the changes:
~The head shouldn't be a plain circle. It should be like an oval (not a perfect one).
~The snout is triangular and is poked out (even if it's a flat-nosed breed like a pug, it should be poked out a little bit). It should be as flat as it is now.
~The ears should be more triangular and (optional) should have fluff.
~The legs don't have to be straight; They should have a bend at some point (the knees), The paws should have the toes (the curved lines) showing.
~The back should be a little more even so it looks like the way it's drawn in the redline.
~You can find a way to put in all four legs so it has more realism.
