An extremely overdue character for an old friend of mine :3

This is the first part of it.
Basically it's a character with an angel, demon and inbetween stage if I remember correctly.
The markings are based on The Mortal Instruments runes :3

The one on her shoulder shoulder is Angelic Power above a Stealth rune. The one on the wing is a Heal or Hurt Not rune :3

I still have the inbetween stage to finish, which I will begin working on immediately. I apologize for the extremely long wait, and I hope you can forgie me Dx
