The cheetah grinned, sanity lacking in her amber gaze. Her pupils appeared to be bleeding, a pool of red around each one. "Welcome back, Silver." The ghostly gray shadow greeted, strikingly bright eyes twinkling with glee. "Glad to return, Linine." The spotted feline replied, shaking the remaining drops of crimson from her paw. She turned to look around the darkened depths, as Linine circled around her. With knowing smiles and insane laughter, their voices blended together in an almost mechanical fashion. "Now let's go get Kage!" They charged forward, the pair melting together until there was a faint black figure in their place, with the shape of a cheetah, but the properties of a shadow. One blood-shot amber eye, and one glowing cyan. Each filled with a desire to see a certain pale mutt suffer greatly for his betrayal.
