I of course cannot make you do anything at all, and I hope you are not angry with me for saying this but-
But- did you say it was going to be chosen at random? I don't know as I didn't know about this before the winner was chosen.
Because quite a lot of people actually put a lot of effort into their forms.
I think its kind of unfair- especially if you didn't state that you was going to choose at random.
Once again I cannot make you do anything, and I do hope you are not angry with me for saying so,
But I really do think that this was un-fair to the people who put in time & effort into their forms- especially if they had no knowledge you was going to choose at random.
I mean, If I entered this and spent a lot of time on my form-
I would feel like I had wasted my time completely.
And that's a much bigger loss then actually losing- Because you feel like you didn't even get a chance in the first place...
I don't know if its against any rules or not though personally, and I certainly cannot make you do anything as stated.
But I just thought I would put my two cents in. I hope that's okay. And If not I'll take this message down.

As may have been said before me, please always announce that you're going to choose at random before choosing a winner. This gives people the option whether or not to put time into their form in hopes of winning something, thus keeping it fun for everyone.

Furthermore, I strongly advise you to rejudge this competition, this time keeping it fair and looking at effort put into the forms.
If you fail to rejudge fairly, we shall do so for you.
