I thought about this for a while... and I think I'll go with 'Winter Kazuki'.
Name Meaning:
'Winter' means winter and shows his relation to Belle. (Think of it as surname first, then first name. Like how James Bond says his name.) 'Kazuki' would be his first name, which means A few possibilities, but I went with 'one hope'.
His Favorite Woodland Creature:
His favorite woodland friend would be the birds, just like his sister. Edit: That's how he got his feather on his antler.

Sylvester means "of the forest", which is very fitting, although he often goes by Ves for short. His middle name also refers to "at the ash tree".
His Favorite Woodland Creature:
Ves' favorite woodland creature is definitely the squirrel. He likes to 'chat' with them, and often leaves food out for them outside of his home. He's got them so tame, he can feed most of them out of his hoof, and loves how cute and fluffy they are!

His cutie mark is a marble column ringed by ivy, which shows his ability to manipulate stone to create beautiful works of art.
