I have no clue what I did here, just went with it. Possibly a new character. I originally made it as a reference for a GCF, but I'm not sure if I want to now... Hmm... Oh well.
I'm not sure what his name is, but he's a male. He doesn't really talk much, and I guess he can be rather grumpy.
