A new OC. I'm not sure whether to keep her or give her away.

Willow LaWisp specializes in trick magic and illusions, and though she has plenty of potential with this, she spends most of it on her "hobby": Scaring anypony she can in the night with her tiny blue "wisps". Willow acts goofy and giggly, and always has time for the perfect prank.
