For the most part this was pretty well done, the only things I might suggest are as follows:
Including the wrinkles and details of the fabric.
I was not sure what her hair was doing, but if she was wearing a ponytail it should only be seen slightly to one side of her neck instead of sicking out on the side. The little bedhead flip also presented a challenge, if it was bedhead it should be smaller,
and her nose she look more like a nose and less like an overgrown pimple. And also I tried to make her jawline more symmetrical, and center her body a bit, but it can be seen that she is not standing straight, she is leaning to the left slightly.
But all in all I think you did a good job, I couldn't really bring much else to the drawing, except eyebrows. To keep them from being lost in her hair I would suggest using darker lines or else keeping the lines visible when you finish it off with the thin black lines. Another idea would be eyelashes, making her more feminine.
But as I said before, I didn't really think you needed much help :p
